Technically I don't die, I just get a shit ass stomach ache (not that I've eaten bread purposefully, but I feel like shit every now and then when my food gets cross contaminated with crumbs) but I could get intestine cancer if I eat bread for years and years on end

yeah it is but rarely do i need penicillin anyways so its not an issue to avoid it
