it can be for some people, for others it isn't needed

personally I never did tutoring for eco and I did fine

I have no clue but I believe I know the teacher that would have made the videos. He’s good but for some people he is very fast. That’s why I would recommend you join the classes because then you get to know how people from other schools are in comparison to you and how much and where you have to improve.
