most interviews of ppl who got 99.80+ say they usually did 7-8 during hsc time there's no way ur doing 12 and getting anything less than 99.5

i mean its kinda lame posting it but 12hours is possible iv done i wake up early at 5:40am, start at 6 and take 15 minute breaks with a 45 minute nap around 2/1:30

maybe it's like a helpful incentive for them to study more, it's like how game developers make videos of their game development journey

1-2 of hard studying per day consistently is all you really need
but the catch is none of that studying aesthetic bullshit
i swear some people think of studying like a game - its like they buy all of these pens and shit and make pretty ass notes with neat handwriting and stuff but like retain none of it
its so unproductive and toxic becuase then they tell otherp eople that they studied for like 12+ hours a day when in reality all they were doing was drawing titles and sipping on iced coffee while listeining to lana del ray for like 11 of those hours

sure, basic colour coding may slightly boost retention - but making your notes any more aestheti cafte rthat is a bullshit waste of time, and a sad shitty excuse for studying.

From an academic standpoint their almost guaranteed not doing 12 hours a day everyday, its not feasible - if they are when atars come out I'd expect them to also flaunt their atar. Their probably just posting cause its relevant to them now + it gets clicks, just focus on urself for now its grind time for hsc haha

exactly solid even like 3 hrs study over fucking 12 hrs. just make sure when u study u don't got too many distractions and ur in the zone ig, rather than posting tiktoks.
