How do I solve this question?

Fuck off bro, this is the only question I got wrong in the CSSA trial
F(-1) - F(-3) = 25/6
change the first integral in 2nd line using transformations to the upper and lowerbound so 2-5 = -3 and 2-3 = -1, si the first integral is 25/6 do the same w the second.
since the function is even both sides r equal so u get 2 * 25/6 = 25/3

Thanks man 🐐, so when a transformation is in an integral sign you can just switch up the bounds instead of thinking about the function? I don't get the negative bounds, is it that its bound between 3 and 1 which is the same as the function bound between -1 and -3 because it is even?
