There someone put this one a thread few years ago, still relevant to syllabus, but not sure about how concise the notes are. Also the notes are not going to be 30-40 pages since its really hard to cover all the content in that much conciseness. Btw there many subjects in this google drive so helpful for nearly everyone, not only chem.
