Include authors purpose and context as it is something many people leave out. Also make sure to integrate your rubric terms and try make your quotes a part of the sentence to make your analysis more sophisticated.

when talking abouut the authors context and purpose would that be like mentioning how for example the crucible is an allegory of mccarthysm and how miller wants to criticise the flaws of that movement? or would the context be like how miller referenced the 17th century puritan society? also would this be alright to metion just in the intro or should i incorporate that throughout?

Make sure you say ' Miller does/includes' whatever evidence ur using, not abigail uses auditory imagery in stage directions, (cause abigail didnt write the crucible, it was arthur miller). Doing that gives confidence in ur essay / credibility that you actually know what your talking about.

Make sure you use dramatic techniques (ie stage directions, dialogue) as the crucible is a play. You can also combine other techniques like poetic / persuasive with dramatic techniques to basically cluster your analysis for it to be extra strong. Ie Miller has Abigail and Betty at the end of Act One scream hysterically "I saw Goody Sibbers with the Devil", "I saw Marther Bellows with the Devil", by including auditory imagery in the stage direction: [screaming out hysterically and with great relief] and repetition within their dialouge: 'I saw ... the Devil', to effectively showcase mass hysteria creating chaos within Salem Village. (something like that is fine, but your the essayist so you come up with what you think works for you.)

Just have confidence in yourself, I wish when I did my Crucible/related text I had confidence in myself ( it was public speaking). But it takes practice / discussion with fellow english peers or teachers / research to truly build confidence in your ability to write about the crucible as if you are Miller.

For your related text just have it complement or argue against your idea. A thing with human experiences is that texts either represent them similarly or differently, which can be according to context (basically eng adv mod A), or the composers context (basically english adv mod B). Its up to you to pick out good evidence / analysis to use your related text.'

make sure you answer the question too!! And when you answe the question its logical, not all over the place. Ie this is what I think about your question --> why do I think of this (cause of the crucible's context resulting in how x human exerience is conveyed) --> analysis --> related text stuff --> linking sentence.

Practice your handwriting speed too. 800 words in 40 mins is the minimum in an essay for an A, so 20 words per minute is what you should have in the test.

Answer all questions too. Don't leave anything out; you miss 100% of the shots you dont take.

Either way just have confidence in your english ability; English adv is (in this reporters opinion), about building your confidence as a writer (mainly an essayist, a creative writer)
