could you maybe make the questions for parents 2/3/4 not have the red star, so you can leave them blank instead of just writing n/a for everything?

or you split it into two sections, and depending how many parents they answer in the first section, dictates how many question boxes they are given

good job though, interesting topic!

I was considering doing this, but I did a similar project prior to this where I didn't make all the questions required and found that some people just left it blank even when they should've answered it, and I didn't really want to risk it! But I totally get where you're coming from, and it's a bit of a shame that I couldn't make it simpler for the responders :/ And for the second suggestion, I only just recently found out about that feature (since I haven't really been able to experiment with google forms), but it's a bit too late to change that, but I'll definitely do that the next time I need to make a google form!
