I took the sleeves out to put things in them. How do I get them back in

U have to unclip the ring thingys and then put the stuff back and then clip it back once ur done

How do people use these wretched things!? I've spent half an hour trying to get the sleeves in and all I've gotten and poor attempts and a bleeding finger...!!!

On second thought, I think I may give up and just put all the sleeves into one of those plastic folders.

There's some thirty rings and I have some twelve sleeves I want to put in. I'm not opening rings three hundred and sixty times.
