Scaling for Maths Ext 1 & 2 (1 Viewer)

Hey I know I'm a little late jumping on to this, but I was wondering what 50~60 in extension scales up to

i havent checked the updated data, but for an average difficulty hsc id estimate 50-60 goes to high 70s/low 80s for ext 1 and mid 80s for ext 2

im currently trying to obtain my raw marks from my teacher they might give a better indication of last year's difficulty

From 2023 a 43 in ext 2 raw mark aligned to a 71 HSC mark which im pretty sure scales up to like a 95 or something
Correction this will get u a contribution of 94.3

last year's cutoff was 70-71%. Unsure exactly what the difficulty was like since i havent done the 2024 papers yet

I would say it wasn't overly difficult, like 2023 was more challenging. Perhaps that is why I found scaling to be a bit disappointing last year.

idk tbh i would think so but if its true then the scaling for chem is dog water

they haven't updated it for 2024, so here are my raw mark vs exam mark for math advanced and physics
