Guys does anyone else get hand cramps?
I'm not talking like "ow my hand hurts i've been writing for half an hour and i don't do any practice writing or anything"
I'm experiencing like, full cramps, five minutes into writing (not even) and i always write. I dunno i've experiencing some hand pain for ages but no1 has been able to diagnose me... any tips to get me through the HSC?

are u sure it isn't to do with ur back problems.

i mean it totally could be, and i'm going to ask physio when i book next, but i honestly don't think it's that severe- it could be causing symptoms but i dunno

I find it hard to eat in the morning which is why I get super hungry during the day

have you tried liquid calories? literally blend a bunch of shit and drink it on your way to school

hmm yeah I should def do that. And next time I have anxiety nausea I should def do that. Why didn't I think of doing that before

Again, what are you people eating? your brain needs carbs and sugars to stay alive! Eating small but frequently isnt super good for you

Breakfast... depends on the day.. one of these though: weetbix, cereal, milk & biscuits, noodles/pasta (if thats what im having for lunch), and sometimes its a heavier breakfast

Recess: mostly processed foods... an up&go + muesili bar + those chip stuff nutri smth idk
Lunch: one of these... Rice with lentils/sandwich/noodles/pasta
At home: Have the same thing i had for lunch again
Dinner: Curry, rice, lentils, bread.

wait im unsure if i get the same thing... but i get this pain that runs through my wrist, and i can't shake it off (stays for half a day). It happens on my ankles sometimes as well

i got diagnosed with tendinitis 2 years ago, rested the crap out of it, then it spread to my arm and i got hit with a whole other lot of symptoms- so erm yeah... also my physio was very dismissive about it so i'm gonna try someone else, and when i went to the doctor bro just went "oh yeah it's inflamed but i don't know why but oh well just put ice on it" BRAH

I'm not kidding- I have a small bowl of cereal in the mornings, I eat parts of my recess or all my recess at recess then I either eat my lunch and whats left on the train, or at home
