guys the nesa results came out and how did I manage to get a B in eng and SAC even tho my average was less than 70%

lowkey same i calculated like a B for eng but ended up with an A so ig thats good if your grade got bumped up

I think some schools that mark really harsh like mine too just bumped up their kids grades to do us blessings when it comes to early entry

Nah I think it’s her raw marks compared to her NESA grades. Edit: actually they changed our marks/ ranks for those who had there’s wrong

On a related/unrelated note when it was my sister's year for doing the selective they messed up the scores and sent them to nesa. Ofc the children who received an underwhelming score but her primary school said there was nothing they could do. At least for the hsc you are taken more seriously, like I watched an atar react video and she got really low for dance but they complained to nesa and got a 99 for her atar.

the last few weeks i've just been constantly vacillating between having the time of my life because my subjects are actually fun and i like them and none of them suck bad, and then feeling some sort of deep dread bc i have NOT been finishing my homework on time at all (i mean. technically i'm doing *some* hw bc i procrastinate all my other subjects with maths & ee2 hw. but i'm still *way* behind on english adv/e1 & drama and it's gonna kill me,,,,,, not to mention next week i have the beautiful trio of drama performance & essay + me2 exam + ee2 viva voce coming to kick my ass,,,,,, the only thing saving me from keeling over is the fact that we don't have english adv/ext1 exams this term since they're saved for next term). but!!! good news is that i am having my overall writing abilities constantly validated by my english & drama teachers and in my nesa y11 report i didn't get a single C!!!! (i genuinely thought my english adv would've deserved a C not gonna complain tho)

i can relate to that... like i rlly love my history courses but damn im stressed all the time about not doign homework/catching up on classwork
