titration is lowkey the bane of my existence. Everything went wrong for me but i know what im doing, thankfully. I think

When your 'asthma' triggers halfway through english, your puffer isn't working cause it's the blue one and it doesn't work for anyone anymore but because i barely have any attacks i haven't gotten re-checked to see if i even have asthma or something else- and now you're just sitting there holding in a fit of coughs that's gonna make you feel like passing out because the blue puffer doesn't actually do anything, but makes it worse!!
