    Isn't early and preliminary offers usually for international students?...and I also have heard of UniSyd offering people scholarships directly.. but then again this person got 99.95 so that wasnt surprising:D

    Are you sure about the finance part because they were offering BActuarial Studies/ BFinance? I applied for 'International Undergraduate Scholarship'... the problem is I live in Sydney and I only want to go to ANU if I get the scholarship and I don't know when they start notifying people...
