  • How do you cope with weak grip, after a few shoulder exercises, i lose my grip tremendously and sometimes I end my training session early for the fact that I fear i might drop the weight and break the floor tiles in my garage lol, I couldnt imagine doing deadlifts with my weak grip after a little workout.
    lol, I dont squat cause I dont have a squat rack. Btw on the serious side, how low should I go when squatting? considering Ive never squatted before.
    As a friend of mine, you're in a very privileged position to learn a thing or two, so it behooves you to keep your head down, and your ears open.
