hey mate, i have looked into doing financial planning major because its something i really enjoy however having looked into it (only a little bit) i can gather >absolute pain in the ass to get qualified (even compared to CA) and from that legislation is constantly making it harder and harder...

Just read it. not massively applicable to australia. even if you wanted to work in the UK most big four wont offer secondment till you are CA qual. so no study etc etc. all the same it is interesting though!

yeah i know. but i was applying for like 10 firms in one sitting. so it was a massive cut and paste job.

i accidently wrote deloitte on my ey cover letter...rejected in less than a day! (honestly do they think we sit there and hand type each cover letter to each firm?)
