if you want a job as a library technician (aka shit kicker) you need a diploma from tafe (or to have started one) they often hire casuals for shelving n such but it depends on the library. some will only take volunteers unless you have that damn certificate... others take seasonal contracts out...

how can u answer this question? its entirely philosphical.. or if ur sciency... hypothetical. there is no solid fact. there is only word of mouth. and nothing ever comes of this arguement regardless of who its held by and when.
