Why don't you leave this until the end of the year and see how you are going with 12 units then reconsider your options - schools been back not even a week. 10 units are a risk but if you work hard you will do fine.

if there is one avaliable called Blood and Guts: Public Health in Australia since 1788 I went to it last year, great one. The professor who did it last year is great :)
