just for the record, the thread title says how do we enrol, but then you talk abt acceptance. acceptance is different from enrolment. i know unsw allows online acceptance, and so does uts. macquarie, you got to do EVERYTHING in person. which sucks, cause there will be queues for sure. ahah

if you want to go to different islands make sure you check out boracay, bohol and palawan. =) i havent been to cebu myself, but ppl said its not worth going there for the "island" scene. its just like manila, busy, too many ppl, etc. depends what you like.
