I'm pretty sure there is no such thing as a band 6... highest is Band '4E'
apparently you'd have to get ~45/50 to get in band 4E .... so good luck with that
Ok, so all the marker's comments in previous years say we have to 'make a judgement' in question 1... but we aren't allowed to use words such as 'I'.
How do we make it obvious that we're making a jusgement without directly telling them our judgement?
same as me, taking into account the stupid mistakes i would have made, and the rape by q5 and 6... i'd say a 60% would be good... how much would you need to get a Band 4E?

the second one favoured extension history students a bit. changing interpretations over time... hopefully i got a 21/22 out of 25
1) I hope so, because neither do mine.
2) dramatic style - talk about antony's speech (rhetoric etc.) the way he uses props to construct his perspective... and cassius dramatises Caesar drowning in the Tiber... things like that i'd say
texts were pretty good. text one and four were hard to squeeze out answers for...
text 2 was pretty good, but text 3 dominated.. technique-packed and easy to write about.
I did about 4 pages on the e) for texts 2 and 3
i was thinking of doing something to do with the Japanese - Chinese Conflict Pre- WW2..
do you guys think there will be enough info/sources (in english)
