The book includes "series" which is in the 2Unit hsc course , these books are confusing me. The stupid syallbus thats being use from 1995 is still confusing , is has different names of courses , that are different then the one in these "kind of newer" books.

Ive been to 4 highschools. You have to beg to get a loan of a book , other then maths. The book industry for subjects , would not flourish if it wasnt for that. And as for my statistics , it was a guess , chill. :burn:

Nearly 95%+ of Nsw schools do not give out their books , except for mathematics , and you still need to return it at the end of the year. So what people do , is buy their own text books. Me being one of them ;)

Maths in focus was meant to help you understand and help you summarize and get the basic view of what the topic is about. Youd be a egghead if you only studied from maths in focus. Every lesson in 3Unit math is easy if you take it from the Maths in Focus book. But this isnt math , math isnt...
