Should we be applying for uni now?

Yes, you do. Each state has its equivalent to UAC, such as South Australia's SATAC, or Victoria's VTAC. Going back to your interest in Medicine, I suggest applying to some of the interstate universities that offer Medicine courses that you may be interested in. That's what I am doing :)

    Tsfx

I'm going to the Physics and Chemistry ones, as well as the free essay writing skills. I too think its a bit much, but I don't mind too much as well as I get a bunch of resources to take home.

Who here uses their state library for resources and references?

Yes, I am aware that I have Ourimbah university. I would have mentioned it if I live anywhere near the campus, however this is not the case. So I'm stuck with the local library, which will more then likely be closing in a couple of months.

Sadly, I am another who went into the holidays telling myself that I would accomplish all the work I had set for myself. Now its already in the second week and I have hardly done anything.

Doing 14 Units for Year 11?

14 units is achievable. I'm currently doing 15 units, and while I'm rather stressed, its just all about time management. As long as you find time to enjoy things that can help you relax (Exercise, friends, family, reading), you'll survive. That being said, I can't wait to drop to 12 units...

anyone else scared that year 12 is approaching damn fast???

I guess, but English is also about having the skill to express your ideas in a way that is convincing and logical. Just like you need to set out Geometry Proofs in the most convincing and logical way :) English isn't just luck, its just as hard as Math.It just depends on your ability.
