I said it was a generalisation, wanker.

For those who believe that homosexuality is genetic

Just a little point on this 'morals come from religion' idea which some people in this thread have. I have friends, some raised Christian, some raised as Athiests. This is a generalisation, however, in the large scheme of youths today it is remotely true and evident. An example: A friend of...

Songs that send shivers down your spine?

Go for Feedbacker and Flood, I have the samish music taste as you, those albums are very post-rock droney compared to thinks like Pink. They've covered alot of genres in their 20 or so albums.

Songs that send shivers down your spine?

You seriously, have the best music taste I've come across on this forum. For me it'd range from; Feedbacker or Flood by Boris Storm by Godspeed I didn't understand by Elliott Smith and John Wayne Gacy Jr by Sufjan Stevens.

    What were Muse thinking?

I think Origin of Symmetry is a thousand times more inspired then any of their other albums, the songs are really unique compared to their other stuff, compared to it their other albums are really poppy and kinda dull. Origin > Absolution > Showbiz > Black Holes > The Resistance.

    Anyone enjoys Classical Music?

Tchaikovsky, Debussy, Bach, Vivaldi and Handel are all amazing. I think I like the baroque period the most, the instruments (esp. Harpsichord) just have a really unique sound to them, I think all classical music is amazing, but that doesn't mean to don't listen to Rap or Jazz, I think there's...

I'm finding English Extension really engaging, while English Advanced is rather boring. Hating Mathematics however it's compulsory in year 11 at my school. Modern History and Music 2 are pretty amazing and Software rocks too, I'm not actually getting worked that hard which I think is a little...

    Homosexuality in Australia

Wait, you want Australia to be a theocracy? That's getting a little ridiculous, sure 25% of the nation might be Christian on paper, probably only half that number actually practice the religion (remember? we don't believe statistics here because they are all a conspiracy) and also, not all of...

    Homosexuality in Australia

Just pointing out, that 1,500,000 people is actually quite a bit making it far from "totally irrelevant". Simply, if it makes someones life happier, why prevent them from doing it? I understand that this thread is about point of view, but it hasn't really achieved anything besides brewing...
