depends if you want to do accelerated maths. other than that i wouldnt say that year 9,10 matters too much. but being in a lowclass before yr 11 could prevent you from doing higher maths hsc courses like ext1 or ext 2.

if you put into perspective, most of your internals, especially those first ones straight after prelims are usually worth 15-20% depending on your school, which is only like 10% of your whole hsc. so its not necessarily the end, but I honestly think you just need to work twice as hard as...
