I relax myself but never get into the full state of meditation. I have been to meditation and felt a wonderful state of mind there, however I went back another week feeling tired and stressed and couldn't concentrate on my spirit very well. I believe I'd like to do it more.

I wrote about a man who stands looking at a painting (I was inspired by Picasso's Guernica).. he then goes on a journey through the painting - finds his Utopia, and realises his depression and goes back and changes his life/perceptions of his surrounds. :cold:

I've been going to bed (trying to sleep) at 9:30 or 10:30... I ain't risking it and am trying to be bright for study/exams as best as possible. My mind is usually too active to fall asleep straight away and end up awake for hours though I'm trying to stop that from happening.

I seriously thought it was 48+ At the least. 2 people from my class were pre-selected. I'm worried about the mark of mine - particularly seeing as my heart and passion went into my work. I shall say no more.
