if someone told me they "got with" someone id take it to only mean kissing. Hooking up could mean the same or more. But i hate using the term "got with" or "get with" for some reason and hence usually say hooked up for whatever happened.

i had a surprisingly awesome day. I didnt expect anything of it because of the weather and last year and i wasnt in the mood but i ended up staying until 8pm and then went to the ranch afterwards to continue the night... In a weird way, the weather made it better, i loved being out in the rain...

i dont get the deal with the sam cards. student fees aren't voluntary yet and so everyone is a sam member... i didnt get a card, but that has nothing to do with the fees because i did pay... isn't every mac uni student a member of sam automatically?
