Hey, We have an upcoming Chemistry Skills Test, and I was just curious, does anyone know what to study or what sort of things will be tested. I know its all assumed or basic knowlegde, but I'm not that great at Chemistry and I lack the basics, so anything I could perhaps study would be...

How Many Television Shows do You Watch Regularly?

My TV just switched off for some apparent reason, and we can't turn it back on, so I haven't really watched much TV for the last week or so... But I occasionally venture into the loung room to watch the encore episodes of Desperate Housewives and Lost. Both shows are so good. Channel Seven did...

    question regaurding uai

Are you serious? I thought it was just the ranks that count. Internal marks don't count, because some schools mark easy, and others mark much more difficult. And if internal marks do count, all schools could just mark easy giving all their students these excellent marks. I think the only...

    economics websites

Yeah, the leading edge site is brilliant. Just go to the site, and click on the link to useful websites. They provide you with an enormous amount of websites, and briefly describe to you what you will be able to find in each website. It's brilliant :)

    Elements of the Financial Cycle

Hey, If possible, could someone list and briefly describe the elements of the financial cycle for me. I'm writing my summary for it, only to realise that each of my textbooks describes each element differently, and I'm basically unsure of which description to use. Thanks!! :)

    How many periods a day?

10 periods are day including 40 minutes of lunch. However, the first period only lasts 20 minutes. And our school organised our timetables so that Yr 12s only go to school from Tuesday to Friday..unless you study Ext 2 Mathematics or History Ext 1 A long weekend every weekend :)

School marks of people with UAI > 95

Do your internal assessment marks (school assessment marks) affect your HSC marks? Because I have always thought that your internal assessment marks just determine your rank, and its the rank that counts, so if you're ranked first, it doesn't matter how low your school assessment mark is. Could...

    Case Studies...again

Couldn't we just make one up then? Well, we probably need an actual case study for the global business section, but for short answers it would be okay if we just provide a hypothetical situation right?

    Case Studies...again

Hey, Why do we need case studies for each topic? That is, how would we incorporate the case studies into our answers? Thanks

    Pride and Predjudice (the movie)

I agree. Nothing can beat the BBC version. But like Persephone said, I will probably still watch this movie when its released, because I love P&P too much not to. And besides, it might turn out good.

Future Plans: What ATAR/course/job are you aiming for?

Depends on what UAI I get. But at the moment, I'm really aiming for Bachelor of Business at UTS (City Campus) and I'm so happy that the cut-offs dropped this year! I hope it continues to drop :)
