The two most important things to me in a uni timetable are: 1. Days off. 2. The fewest possible gaps. If I could have crammed everything into 1 day that lasted from 8am to 8pm without a break I would have.

Even with speed restrictions cars still need to be able to go at least 110km/h... it would only eliminate speeding related crashed on highways. If there was a decent market for cars with speed restrictions then car companies would make them.
