Wow - your school takes Legal pretty easy. We have 15 MC, 2 short essays (like 500 words each - 1 is stimulus based - I have no clue what the topics are gonna be - most like individual and technology and resolving disputes.), and 1 long essay (like 1000 words on women)

You don't have the practice and expertise until you're in Year 12, and there's basically a 90% chance you'll falter. By Year 12, it's less of a problem as your practice is 100 x more than Year 11, and you can write more without tiring quickly.

With preparation you probs can (hey, if you get 15/15, they can't beat you :p) And for related's, T.S Eliot's "The Love Song of J. Alfred Prufrock" (a poem - my prescribed for my AOS) is pretty good, most Leunig cartoons are good.

But... tutors are good. It's just a stupid task imo, since people will prepare anyway - it's just that they'll have to do 12 mins of memorising. And so what is it, you come in on the day with 12 mins of your knowledge prepared and then they pull out a question of a hat from the 4 choices?

I don't really plan. I spurt out my rote-learnt response, while rewriting the question in a fancy manner at the end of each 2-3 sentences and at the start and end of each para. This depends on whether I can adapt the essay or not, but 90% of times, I can.

Nice - I recommend you to start early so you can top the grade (srs). And what particular aspect of Journeys are you focusing on? I *might* know of some related texts that aren't garbage like a song or a movie or something.
