Comparing CSU campuses isn't the way to go. Each campus normally is good at a specific area of interest. Wagga Wagga / Orange are good for sciences; Bathurst is good for Psychology, Business, Teaching, Journalism etc; Albury is good for other things (im not really sure lol).

UTS and CSU have the best journalism degrees in NSW (if not Australia). The reason being that both universities while offering the theory, also have the practical. USyd is a very theory based university, no matter what degree you do. They think theory is what drives the world.... NOT...

I do think there should be an under 18s schoolies week. Schoolies goes over 3 weeks with each of the States (NSW, VIC and QLD) taking one. So why cant they add a 4th week for under 18s from all the States?
