I agree, im pretty sure Modern History would scale better. Also, I found the HSC course is alot better and more interesting than the preliminary one.

theres only about 30 people doing advanced english at my school, and its not a dumb school! lol. We are separated into two classes, which is really good because our class sizes are nice and small :) sorry its kinda off topic i know.

i write up each syllabus dot point for my subjects in a question form then write an answer up underneath it, then a couple times a week, i get somebody in my family to ask me the questions. it works for me, because writing stuff down over and over again or reading it over and over again doesnt...

here's a thought... how many hours has everyone in this forum wasted arguing about how much study per day is enough and if people are asian? those hours wasted could be used for study and yes, before you rip me off, i do realise that by participating in this disscussion i am wasting...

yep the theory bit of hospitality seems to go on and on forever. its really annoying to get through because majority of the stuff is just commen sense like "name 2 ways to stop your establishment being broken into" uh duh... practical hospitality is great. especially if you heaps of friends...
