This time around I have 3 night exams which sucks because they're all 3 hour exams so I won't get home till 10 something (they finish at 9) -_- At least there are no Saturday exams.

Hey, I'm doing Contracts next sem too! I think there is a midsem as the uts online midsem exam timetable included one for contracts. I've done torts and crim this semester - there are no midsem exams for those subects (unless there is a massive change of some sort). Hope that helps.

It depends what type of person you are. If you like maths based subjects then you could do Accounting, Economics, the Finance intro subject or Business Stats. If you like psychological, social science-y sort of subjects then do Marketing or Managing People and Organisations. Hope this helps.

My advice: save up as much money during the summer holidays before uni, it definitely makes a difference. Get a job during the Christmas periods as most shops are looking for casuals. Get a head start.

Its not the end of the world if you do not make it straight in as a recent school leaver. This is why God created transfers, tafe and alternate pathways to uni such as UTS Insearch. Meh, you can try your best, but its impossible for EVERYONE to be happy. Just be happy with what you have.

For UTS its 14 weeks a semester and you get VC week etc etc. but if its not an official break then during that time most likely you'll be studying for your exams or doing assignments. But when I mention holidays they won't be the sort that you're used to in the sense that you'll be doing...
