    Tv

I used to watch the original series when I was small (don't really remember much of it though...). But when I watched the new one I just cringed, its really crap. Its trying to be both a teen series and a adult drama, and it fails at both. But this is only judging it on one episode, maybe...

    Favourite Movies.

I'm sure everyone likes light-hearted and funny movies. It's just that when your talking about your favourite movies of all time, they sorta need some depth and perhaps a "great deal of thought". I like "stupid fun" movies as much as the next person, but they don't move me or make me think...

    i am screwed!

Thats the sorta situation I'm in, except after I have the trials I got a Visual Arts major work that I have only just started, to finish.... :(

    Your Major Work

I'm doing a visual representation of one of my favourite albums "Kid A- Radiohead". Basically I articulate the visual images I see in my head, while I listen to the album, in to an artwork. I'm probably going to end up with 10 small pieces each representing a song from the album. Its mostly...

    Any Radiohead fans here?

heheh Cool I haven't that song before, but I think I might download it later... Any good? Do listen to Radiohead for that matter :)

Well just saying "ew..", "its weird" and "there isn't anyone hot in it" (which isn't what you should judge a good movie by anyways, although there is Thora Birch and Mena Suvari in it :d) isn't really justifying it... But I won't hold that against you, American Beauty isn't for everyone...

    Changing Perspectives - Related Texts

Although its more difficult, you can do texts that changes your own perspective. For instance in the stimulus booklet the poem/dramatic monologue "The Door" is an example of a text where the composer changes the perspective of the responder (you)... Hope that helps.

I liked all the movies you mentioned, but I they weren't my favourites. Have you seen any of the movies on my list? They are much better. :D Matrix probably comes close to my list, but somethings let it down a bit. Keanu Reeves while looking the part, isn't really much of an actor, and the...

    Websites

er... www.sparknotes.com might help, but probably too broad. Its best to just get a study guide, like the excel one. Its not dense at all, its clear, concise and good if you want an outline.

Yeah strangly I like some teen flicks from the 80s as well, namely "Breakfast Club" and "Ferris Buller's Day Off". And I agree most teen flicks today are very dire...

    Home Alone

Home Alone wasn't bad, Home Alone 2 was just a rehash and Home Alone 3 was really scraping the barrel. The best comedy has to be "Monty Python and the Holy Grail" Or some of Jim Carey's stuff like "Dumb and Dumber" and "Ace Ventura"(not the second one). Or "Men in Tights". Stupid humour...

Yeah, I agree. The tagline for the movie was "There's no gene for the human spirit" which just sums it all up nicely.
