People in the mid range uai experience the biggest fluctuations due to external performance. So get studying ?

It depends on how good you are. If you're coming first in everything and ur school rank is very bad; its pretty much impossible to estimate your UAI.

no im saying for that equation is cant be fractions (show me a monic polynomial with integer coefficients that has fraction roots) . Obviously fractions are rational. Any my post wasn't meant to be a proof, rather its suppose to stimulate thoughts/intuition. proofs are lameee.
