In the 2007 exam, BOS had a question on Case study of a country, so a lot of us assumed it won't come back in the 2008 exam. But BOS had the case study as short answer questions, so majority of us were off guard and consequently had to waffle a bit.

You never know, just like what BOS did in the Economics exam...

Hey, I was in your situation last year, having started the Prelim year with a staggering 33% on a 'Change' assement task, giving me a cumulative ranking of 95/108 in the Mid Year report. With such bad ranking that is beyond help, it kinda demotivated me, so I kinda adopted this 'uncaring'...

The case study of Topic 1 was made compulsory last year or something, but I really doubt they will ask it again in 2008 since it was asked in last year's HSC. But still, learn it.

Cmabridge is possibly the worse textbook out there, well at least I think it is. Don't bother getting too many textbooks, you won't have time to read it all I promise you. Just get Dixon and Riley, they are all you need, lol.

Yea, too much on validity/accuracy stuff.. Got some silly mistakes here and there, Oh well, hoping for the best now... :(
