ooh sydney girls, eh? :p how many candidates in continuers and ext? we've 10 and 6 at jrahs, who've stuck it through til the end. and don't bet on coming first! after all, a jrahs student took equal first in continuers last year lol

Of course BOS is going to take no action. It would be totally contradictory to release a media statement saying exam conditions at JRAHS were totally fair, then to alter our marks.

You also need to learn what "scaling" means. BOS doesn't even touch scaling. No offence, but what you suggest just doesn't work.

You need to know what moderation of assessment marks actually means. It means allocating them, in relation to exam marks.

yeah, the current maths system is fucked and is biased in their favour. Everyone should do the 2u course, and if u want u can do ext1 as well. then people who REALLY like maths can add ext2 on top - a major work :)

In case anyone missed it, this was the cue for "end of debate". The Board has told us what has happened. It's a government source. It's reliable. This is the truth. Good luck to anyone trying to get the Board to reverse its position - it surely won't, after having released a media statement.
