Why I burned my 'Proof of Aboriginality'

Although I agree with the reason she burnt her proof of aboriginality, I think it's still a pretty disrespectful act on her part. Wherever you're from; Asia, South America, or Alice Springs, you should always respect your heritage, regardless of the positives that are from this heritage. My...

    The Woolworths Thread

I've worked in long life for about 18 months now and am keen to get a few more shifts over christmas/new year period. I also recently got my RSA so i thought it could be a good idea to do a bit of work in liquor. Does anyone on here have advice on this? Is it worth moving into another department...

    Prelim. vs HSC Economics

I think HSC eco is 10 x easier than prelim. pretty much the majority of the stuff you are learning in HSC eco is easy relate to (in terms of current affairs i.e. balance of payments, economic objectives, economic policy etc) as opposed to year 11 which is largely theoretical.. good luck :)

    ATAR Estimate

difficult to say seeing as though (it looks like) you have such a small cohort.. if you ace the hsc exams i reckon you could push 80.. but like i said it all depends on how you go in the hsc.. when you have a smaller cohort it means the hsc exams have more importance as the average can...

Refugees, Migrants and the fear of the un-"Australian"

this might be a bit of a shock to you, but sometimes there are more important things in life than the "financial burden of hard-working Australians" which in reality, isnt that much at all..

    The Football Thread

Re: The Official Football Thread they're still virtually unbeatable though. italy are probably the closest anyone has come to beating them at a competitive level in recent history. by playing a high line of defence (a massive risk against spain) italy, virtually tried to fight fire with fire...

    Zombie in Miami?

this whole bath salts thing is another case which further emphasizes the need to legalize and regulate drug use. These artificial drugs contain chemicals and compounds which don't show up in drug tests - this is the reason they're so popular. Trouble is, they are that fucking potent that they...
