Im kinda in the same position. Im gonna do civil engineering/architecture (4years) then off to med OR just go med oversea's which is like guaranted 90% that ill get in and its 6 years not 7 like UNSW
Because there harder. Someone who gets band 5 or 6 should be scaled well according to evry years bell curve. But mainly it depends on ur cohort, only compete with ppl in ur school before HSC exams start, afterwards its abt you and the rest of the state.
ah i see, im kinda in the same situation but UNSW for me. Either civil eng/commerce/science/architecture so basically i have no idea. Look at there handbooks and course structure it lets u see what ur actually gonna do so thats my 2c gl
remember AT SCHOOL it is a requirmen for most subjects to do atleast 90+ hours in class. I did noo where near hours as much i was in school therefore 60 hours can pretty well be uai >90
Id agree all i did was try to pay attention in class if the teacher wasnt boring then do past papers. Even ask my parents theyd be like u didnt study much. Also i know a guy who only studied b4 exams like mostly no homework and such and got 88.75 suppose natural talent comes in as a factor
I would suppose anything science related is good but im just speaking from example: a guy did medical science and applied for med transfer after 2 years search the uni's there info there this is just basic stuff
