How dafaq do I apply for HECS ?

It should be included in your offer into that university, e.g. when you register for the course etc. This is how it worked for me.

if you receive a gpa of <5.0 ?

I've spoken to UWS face to face, if you want to transfer it's a whole years load. To pick up a second degree e.g. Law would be one semester, they consider GPA and ATAR.

    chances of transferring?

Best to ask them directly, nothing like getting info straight from the source. I assumeeeeee you'd need a low HD average..

    Chances of getting accepted

If UTS art was your first option, i don't think you'll get an offer in the late/final..? I'm not sure lol just telling you what i've read.

If you're having trouble planning your timetable, there's the My Planning Course from 6th-Xth. Go on the UWS site and check for your date.

    Which UWS campus is best?

Bankstown seemed a bit anti-social.. i don't know it's just this vibe. Parramatta had a more friendly atmosphere and people were actually helpful, just my experience tho.. don't take my word for it LOL.

    Which UWS campus is best?

I've been to 3 of them, Campbelltown was the most relaxing; while bankstown was the worse :/ felt like a cramped environment.

Transfer to med/dent from Eng/comm unsw possible?

I think you're chances are better as a post-grad. Or transfer to med sci after first year.. and give it your best if you don't want to wait till later.
