I find that if you compete in anything and you're not prepared and you don't feel prepared, then you either a) injure yourself (probably not a huge risk in dancing) or b) just stress yourself out because you don't perform to the best of your abilities. I used the mosaic of gleaming fragments as a mirror, which a kid breaks. It belongs to an old lady, and reminds her of important times in her life. Extremely cliche, I know, but I hope its written well enough to get some good marks.

Those are my exact thoughts on this paper. I came at it from a very conceptual angle (mainly because the questions were not technique based, onle one "analyse" and one"how"). With the contrasts I talked about contrast of time, setting, technology, city-country. Used words like juxtaposition...

Thats exactly how I interpreted it. But I don't think that guy was saying that people who use the language must be depressing, not the actual text as being depressing...

Finished with about 5 minutes to go. Really, really happy with it. Nice exam, last question wasn't what I was expecting, but I handled it and wrote 10 pages, so I'm pretty stoked with that one. EDIT: text 3 was evil but i think I interpreted it well.

Basically, you're not going to be able to get full marks, because you're using an answer to a question that won't be the same as what they ask this year. You can look forward to being classified by the HSC markers as one of the "weaker responses" who used a pre-prepared essay.

Section 1- AOS essay- Creative Writing. Thats how I handle Paper 1, because I can make up a pretty decent story in a small amount of time.

They busted 6 people for plagiarism last year. I wouldn't do it, even though you haven't got much chance of being caught, what if you were? It isn't that hard to write your own story. seriously.

I got two from CSU. The first one gave me a laughing fit, I was just like wtf? random much? Then I got the second one and I was like, wtf? is this a prank or what? EDIT: Oh, and my local member of parliament sent me a letter. Lol.
