Maybe you should just wait until the results are released, otherwise you will be getting yourself into a spin about how good/bad you have performed...its less than one month until the HSC marks come back, so I'd just leave it, as there is nothing you can do about it ;)

definately Controlling. Monitoring is NOT the answer...look at the text, the process of controlling is looking at the current performance and seeing if changes need to be made etc...

Korean, if ur doing Economics, the 2002 scaling for it was something like 31.2, so we should get the same sorta thing this year...unless everyone rips the exam, but its unlikely :)

Short answers were simple I thought, although I was expecting more questions on financial ratios...Multi's were the same, but I think I lost the most marks in the extended responses of the exam :(

I did question 5: Changing Self and thought it was a nice broad question! I used Sally Morgan's 'My Place' for my prescribed text, Sky High from the Stimulus Booklet, and two related texts: the film, 'Big Wednesday' and a D.H Lawrence poem, 'A Winter's Tale'.

Yeah Section II was ok i guess..."Pictures of Change" seemed to be quite a broad stimulus, and you could use the concepts of change that you had studied for in Section III as the basis for your response...although I thought this section was the most difficult in the Area of Study Paper

Hopefully you wont get harshly penalised, as the content of your essay is very important...if you came to a particular conclusion (i.e. the text does/doesnt have a use-by date) then you shouldnt lose marks... Good luck with your results anyway :) hope this helps....

Shaza, that looks like a very complicated answer for a question only worth 4 marks...its good, but i dont think you needed 2 talk about the social implications for employees...just that the employees who worked for the company that was bought, must either be retrenched or take up a new position...
