my half yearlies are 30% of the school assessment marks

hey taz, just some tips on studying well well its obvious that the more you study the higher marks you will get but the hard part is actually studying that much it is best to work consistent through the year rather than two weeks before the exams like for these half yearlies i started making...

i just finished the half yearlies last week. i started studying for it in the christmas holidays (not too much) and then pretty much slowed down on my entertainment as the term started. and all that payed off with the results i got!

i m pretty happy with my marks .. i have only been given 4unit maths, bio and chem back and i am topping the year in all 3 of them :D

mine started this monday and go for 2 weeks. i do dont have any two exams in one day :D 1. english 2. maths 2u 3. free 4. Biology 5. free weekend 6. mx1 7. chemistry 8. physics 9. mx2 10. free alll my exams go for 3 hrs except english (goes for 1.5 hrs)

by the way i do esl english would it help me if this year is smarter than the last year?

i also had a similar question .. i want to get 99.4 and i am coming in the top 10 for each subject shown in my signature (trying to come in top 5) and i go to killara high (best public school but not too good compared to private and selective). any advices or comments?

i got the same issue. i m doing 12 units and i am thinking of dropping biology to allow me to study more on other subjects. then again i keep changing my mind. yesterday i was 70% sure that i'll drop it but now i am like 20% sure about dropping it :S
