nah 353 is a bitch, and I heard 329 is as well. BUt 329 is very useful since it lets you avoid 353 by being a pre-req for 352. Its a personal choice, I would take 329 followed by 352 the next semester. If need be use ECON335/350/360 to fill in timetable gaps.
