What are the dates on a yearly basis does university go for? Like, is it February to November? or something else.

From those marks SAM shows a 68.90. Though school ranking should pull you up. But not 12+ points.

I have a vague idea. The cut-offs are different every year and are found by how well the state goes. If everyone gets over 80+ then it was an easy test and not everyone deserves a band 5/6. The band 6 cut-off might then change to 96+. Bit of an extreme example...

I used various case studies for different situations. It was in the criteria.
