    Biggest Fashion Mistake???

Haha, theres a flashback for ya! They were really popular...well, not those ones, but a similar idea...in hot pink, with glitter in them...I was devastated my mum would never buy a pair for me, I felt like such an outcast. *sigh*

    Coles Myer Employment Process

See with our stocktake, current employees weren't allowed to do it, because apparently it occurs whilst we are working (*shrug*, I wasn't rostered on that day, so I really don't know)

how much should students have to work?

It really depends on a lot of factors. Everyone in my degree has exactly the same contact hours (no variation due to no electives), and some people work 5 hours and struggle, others work 25 with no problems. Keep in mind that your uni degree is fulltime, and .'. supposedly requiring 40 hours...

    Double Demerit Long Weekend

Exactly, and it is not until you've been driving for a loooot more than 50 supervised hours that you have the experience and knowledge to know what to do when that kinda thing happens. I'd done about 150 hours by the time I went for my P's, and not even then would I have been able to avoid an...

    Double Demerit Long Weekend

So, in the half hour it takes you to go from L's to your reds, you think you miraculously gain the experience and skills to warrant going 20km faster?

    Winter Wish List 2006

    Double Demerit Long Weekend

In regards to having different speed limits, I'm all for it. I'm on my unrestricteds now, and even with the 4yrs driving experience I have (and I drive at least 2hrs a day, so its not as if I'm an infrequent driver), I know there is no way in hell I could do anything if I got into trouble going...

    need job :(

The CML process can take quite a while, in all reality you may not hear from them until the middle of the year, when they're starting to look at who to hire for the Christmas season. Also, to the person that said speak to the manager, its great in theory, but I know my store manager NEVER comes...

18+ Girls, help all us hopeless 18+ guys

I go out to spend time with my friends, and get pissed. If I happen to be attracted to someone there, then great, but if not, it doesn't worry me if I don't hook up, I don't view it as a wasted night. And, yes, Fannys is shit. Its why it is to be avoided at all costs.

    The Biggest Loser

The final is at the end of the month (the 28th, if I remember correctly), so hoooopefully it will be shown live, if not, they will do it soon afterwards.

    Ways to get a job.

Have you thought about transferring to a different CML brand? It may (or may not, I don't really know) be easier than getting a completely new job. Even though a lot of the same issues will still exist, a change is as good as a holiday, and it may be just enough to see you through til you can...

First year meant to be the hardest?

I still maintain that anyone that catches public transport has it easy. I drive ~50 minutes each way (haha, 2 hours if there is a frigging accident  ), and so that is nearly 2 hours a day of dead time that I really cannot do anything, and I still have to be astute and concentrating on what...

post a pic of your bookshelf

If I still had my books for anatomy and biomed, it would be a LOT more. From left: *Active First Aid (not a textbook per se, I got it for "free" when I did my first aid certificate) *Activity Analysis-Application to Occupation *Communicating in the Health and Social Sciences *Foundations for...

Hairdressers: How many times per year?

In theory I try to get it done every 6 weeks, like they recommend. In practice, it varies anywhere between 5 weeks- 12 months (ok, that was only once!)
