Sorry this is corret it depends on what subjects they are doing at tafe If they are board approved subjects then yer you can get a uai since people get uais through tafe

You are allowed to do that, they can still get a hsc but you need to have 10 board approved units to be eligible for a uai thus they wont get a uai
