    titration question, please help

You can, but the question asked to calculate both values. It's testing your ability to understand the fundamentals of stoichiometry and the M=mol/V formula, not just the mol=mass/mw formula.

Fire! Bahahaha... I never thought I'd ever get to experience a fire alarm going off in an exam, but today must have been my lucky day. Wonder if it was set off by an angry student who did badly in a test?

what can I do if I'm sick?

Yeah, I got special consideration for this semester's exams. You still have to sit them (unless you get permission from Vice Chancellor and/or course co-ordinator) and despite popular belief, they don't bump your marks up or anything. In the event of a fail, they can either make you sit...

So what's the deal with sometimes not being allowed to use your own calculator? They let us in Physics, but wouldn't today in Chemistry. I don't like having to spend 5 minutes looking to anti-log something on a 1974 calculator.

    Exam Location Twist

Yeah, my Forensics exam is held there too. A bit shabby if you ask me, surely they could find a room somewhere in the university for the whopping 16 students that do FORS2010.

    Science degrees

First preference is forensics, but I'm no fool - I know the odds of me getting a job in that field straight away are highly unlikely. I'll probably start off in a laboratory, maybe working with genetics/microbiology/PCR. Although, ask me in a year and I'm sure it will be different.

    What to do next year!

If you do your job right (which I'm sure you will) you'll have people remembering you in such a unique, positive way for quite a long time... as I do with most of my primary school teachers. How many other professions have that perk?
