For 29e I calculated the interest per month ($1500 on a $300,000 loan at 0.5% per month) and multiplied it by 120, which is half of 240, as he needs to pay it off in 20 years, then added the $300,000, and divided by 240 to get the monthly amount. Seems I was way off lol.

I think about 84-86. Would have liked to get 90+, this paper was a bitch compared to previous years though.
