hi guys it's this time of year again how are people studying for this subject? are there past papers available, are there any people here who have sat the non-multiple choice exam who can give some pointers i and i'm sure many of us need all the help we can get thanks

hi guys i'm starting to revise for 171, and i just realised that the "solutions" on the stat site are only for the extra exercises from the txtbook, not that actual tutorial and there i was at every tutorial, not bothering to write anything down because the "solutions" were on the net...

what do you mean by topics 1-34? haven't we only done like 6 or so?

but ken, did you read what chunder said? acst211 is no longer a pre-requisite for anything so wouldn't you / we be better off doing a different subject? or is it still smarter to do acst211?

with the multiple choice it's not like we got a mark if we left it right? and as for the long answer, does that mean that there WAS negative marking then??
