Oh more double rooms hey. Thought they'd keep more single rooms cos they get more money off them. 5 weeks to go........... I'm suffering..........

You pay alot of money for alot of nothing at Sancta. But the $200 you pay for o-week goes to accommodation and all the extra stuff you do in o-week like drinking. All the College's have different events/piss-ups during o-week, Sancta usually have champange in the quad, John's have a pool party...

The food isn't that bad. Well it is but you learn to live with it. Be prepared to put on about 5kg's in the first semester if you don't "watch what you eat" cos the food there contains ALOT of extra fat and salt. What else about Sancta, they put all the freshers in Octa where it's small and...

    Physio @ Cumberland

From Lidcombe Station you can either catch the bus or walk. I'm fairly sure the buses were still running in the holidays. Cumbo is about a 15minute walk from the station..

Oh, well it worked. $16 a year is ok. The sudukos, crosswords, star signs and subtle "As reported by the Daily Telegraph" are worth paying for.

    cumberland 07

I'll be there again this year as a 2nd year Physio (woooaaahh that sounds weird) Don't expect much from cumbo, you'll spend your time in E101, the Library, the JDV Cafe (it's all we have) and sitting on the lawn or chairs. If they don't have the free Daily Telegraph again this year I think...

    Physio @ Cumberland

MagicDust, as far as I know the only physics in the course is biomechanics which is only in 1st and 2nd semester in 1st year. If you did 4 unit maths you'll be totally fine. Did you get an offer? Quik, the physics in biomechanics is more applied than recall (if that makes sense). The exams...

    Residential Colleges...

Sancta usually contains all the dregs/rejects from all the other colleges cos no-one wants to originally go there but they seem to have an awesome time when they get there. Any college is better than no college. Rumours from the admin office in October were that we already had 30 freshers for 07...

    Physio @ Cumberland

Biomechanics invloves alot of calculations, especially in the exam. Ext 1 maths helped me but alot of people didn't do maths or ext 1 and still managed to pass biomechanics. But it's only 1 3 credit point subject so don't stress about it or anything.

    Physio @ Cumberland

Haha, I'm more than happy to answer as many questions as you have. Biomechanics is like physics, think mechanics but related to the body. You do biomechanics A in 1st sem and Biomechanics B in 2nd sem. BOTH are prereq's for subjects in 2nd year, you can't do clinical unless you pass them...

    Physio @ Cumberland

I do Physio at Cumbo, just finished 1st year. In 1st year you do 7 subjects each semester (but they're only worth 3-5 credit points, you do 24 credit points each semester) and they include functional anatomy, neuroscience, biomechanics, body systems (CV system and respiratory system)...

I didn't even realise the goose was back until a couple of weeks ago. Unsure of its whereabouts at the moment, I guess the less people that know the more likely it is to stay at sancta. Those guys definatly deserved to be punished and they should of walked through the sancta quad... They would...

Yes I did note Johnsmen. The Jets seem to be a good bunch of girls. As for the tire incident I was just as pissed off as you guys (well not quite but I was pissed)were cos the girls who did that didn't own cars themselves and it didn't effect them in anyway if our car tires got let down while...

That's what happens when you live next to the johnsmen.

What college are you going to?

    Residential Colleges...

Don't take a whiteboard unless you want it full of random abuse from drunk people. Other things to remember: *a bin or something to put rubbish in *internet cable thing *$1 coins and possibly 20cent pieces (depending on how much the washing machine/dryer is to use) and lots of them...

    Residential Colleges...

Haha the Sancta babyfreshers weren't big drinkers this year (me included). DEFINATLY get a fake ID if your going to be a babyfresher. Don't rely on using someone else's who you don't really look like and who the bouncers know... Social contact withdrawal is making me crazy.... Not missing the...

It's only impossible not to make friends in oweek if your a baby fresher without a fake ID. Is anyone else having Grey's withdrawals?
