yer jimmy..they decide that actuarial is too hard so they drop out of uni completely and decide to go on dole and reminisque about their pre-actuarial lives i fink most go into accounting and become CPAs ..(cant pass actuarial)

no its not true...most ppl who stuff up have to repeat a yr, but they dun actually drop out. ppl do drop out, but it's more like 20% from wot i've seen... they drop out coz various reasons..and yes one combo is possibly coz they r lazy and the course work requires u to not b too lazy.
